On May 7, the Shanghai “DO-Port” International Digital Expansion Exchange Event (ASEAN) delegation visited Shanghai Zemso Urban Furniture Technology Co., Ltd. for inspection and comminicate. The delegation consisted of more than ten representatives from government agencies and enterprises in ASEAN countries including Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Distinguished guests attending the event included Zheng Guojin, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Smart City Network; Yong Qin GOH, Deputy Secretary-General of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce & Industry in China (Shanghai); Chooi Ping LIM, Urban Planner of Penang Island City Council, Malaysia; Krishnamoorthy Kuppusamy, Senior Vice President of Medini Iskandar, Iskandar Investment Berhad, Malaysia; and Raslan Ahmad, Chairman of the Malaysia Smart City Alliance.
The delegation was warmly received by Li Song, Chairman of Shanghai Zemso Urban Furniture Technology Co., Ltd., and Li Shanyong, Technical Director, together with the ZEMSO team. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on smart city development, AI applications, and digital globalization strategies.
At the beginning of the event, the delegation toured the ZEMSO showroom and experienced several independently developed products, including smart wayfinding kiosks, bus stop digital signage, and AI digital human solutions. Through live interactive demonstrations, ZEMSO showcased the applications of its products in urban navigation, public information dissemination, intelligent interaction, and digital services. The guests also held extensive discussions on overseas application scenarios and market opportunities.
During the subsequent symposium, the ZEMSO team delivered a special presentation on its “AI + Smart Urban Furniture” solutions. The presentation highlighted the company’s innovative achievements and practical cases in smart transportation, digitalization of urban public spaces, AI interactive terminals, and integrated management platforms. Representatives from ASEAN countries shared insights based on the needs of local smart city development and conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as product implementation models, overseas market adaptation, multilingual interaction, and digital infrastructure construction.
