Located in the scenic city of Daqing, Heilongjiang Province, this project demonstrates the integration of modern technology and intelligent urban design through a customized Digital Signage and Wayfinding System developed by Shanghai Zemso Urban Furniture Technology Co., Ltd.
Designed to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of public transportation, the system combines digital interaction, energy efficiency, and aesthetic design. It not only guides citizens and visitors with real-time information but also enriches the visual identity of the city’s streetscape.
The digital signpost features a transparent body with internal lighting, creating an elegant visual effect both day and night. Its 32-inch LCD touch screen provides interactive route information, while the LED dot matrix display ensures that updates remain visible even under bright sunlight or in snowy northern climates. The structure is equipped with efficient air ducts and heat dissipation shutters, ensuring stable operation despite Daqing’s harsh winter temperatures.
Each unit was individually customized according to the client’s requirements—from size and configuration to interface and external finish. The modular design allows flexible installation, easy maintenance, and scalability, making it ideal for future smart city expansions. Additionally, the system adopts energy-saving components and solar-assisted lighting, contributing to Daqing’s goal of building a sustainable and low-carbon urban environment.
