President Chen introduced ZEMSO’s ongoing efforts in the digital upgrading of urban furniture products such as smart bus shelters, Bus Stop Digital Signage, and intelligent seating, enabling these installations to perform multiple functions including data collection, information dissemination, device coordination, and operational management. Leveraging the combined application of artificial intelligence, network communications, and cloud platforms, ZEMSO is helping cities achieve more precise bus management, real-time information services, and intelligent equipment operation and maintenance, offering the public a greener, more efficient, and convenient travel experience.

Currently, ZEMSO is accelerating the construction of a “domestic deep cultivation, overseas expansion” dual-track strategy. Domestically, ZEMSO focuses on key demonstration regions such as Shanghai, Chengdu, and Wuhan to strengthen smart public transport products and urban mobility services. Internationally, projects in the United States, Japan, and Thailand serve as stepping stones to steadily advance global operations and enhance the company’s international brand influence. While expanding its industry footprint, ZEMSO emphasizes maximizing project value through in-depth cooperation with mainstream industry media, achieving high-quality exposure and promotion. This approach ensures that smart public transport results not only highlight urban public services but also generate significant demonstration and brand effects within society and the industry, creating replicable industry value while enhancing public awareness and social impact.
Looking ahead, ZEMSO will continue to align its efforts with the development of smart transportation systems and modernization of public services during the “15th Five-Year Plan.” By adhering to innovation-driven strategies and deepening application scenarios, ZEMSO Group aims to continuously enhance the overall solution capabilities of smart public transport and drive the urban public transportation sector toward high-quality, efficient, and intelligent development.
