On January 23, the ZEMSO Group 2026 Annual Gala, themed “Riding Boldly Through Challenges, Winning the New Journey”, was grandly held at the Shanghai Gujing Holiday Inn. Representatives from the Group’s subsidiaries, factories, and partners gathered in Shanghai to reflect on the past year and envision the journey ahead. This night was more than a ceremony—it was a reaffirmation of collective conviction: even in uncertain times, ZEMSO chooses to move forward.
By the “ZEMSO Tree,” names were inscribed one by one onto its branches. These names came from product, design, delivery, sales, technical, factory, and frontline teams; from different cities, following different rhythms. Yet when displayed together on a single wall, they formed a clear consensus—ZEMSO Group strength has never been any one individual, but everyone together.
The smiles captured on camera carried both ease and determination. They reflected the confidence of those who, after a year’s journey, still stand shoulder to shoulder.
Lights focused on the center stage. Song Li , Chairman of ZEMSO Group, delivered the keynote speech: “Trajectory: Moving Forward with Certainty in Uncertain Waters.” Amid complex environments and cyclical fluctuations, he emphasized one point repeatedly: in uncertain times, speed is secondary—direction is what matters. With a clear direction, the organization remains steady; with a defined path, actions stay focused. ZEMSO’s task is to continuously adjust its course amidst the waves, combat uncertainty with long-term thinking, and navigate cycles with steady progress.
Following this, Shanyong Li , Deputy General Manager of ZEMSO Group, shared insights on “AI Empowering Group Development.” AI is becoming a crucial part of ZEMSO’s capabilities—it enhances efficiency in R&D, strengthens stability in production and operations, and reshapes organizational responsiveness in management and collaboration. Technology’s value is not in showcasing advancement, but in ensuring ZEMSO operates steadily and grows sustainably.

The Delivery Center led a full-house singalong of “My Future is Not a Dream”. Applause, singing, and laughter intertwined, releasing the year’s tension and injecting fresh energy.
