In order to enhance urban transportation services and provide a more intelligent commuting experience, our ZEMSO Group team successfully implemented a Bus Stop Digital Signage project in Changping District, Beijing. This project combines modern technology, durable materials, and a user-friendly design to create a smart and efficient bus stop environment.
The newly developed bus stop integrates digital signage with real-time passenger information systems. Featuring a 55-inch industrial-grade outdoor high-brightness LCD display, the signage provides bus route information, real-time arrival forecasts, city news, weather updates, and video advertisements. This solution not only improves convenience for passengers but also serves as a dynamic communication platform for the city.
Surface Treatment: The bus stop structure uses electrostatic spraying, fluorocarbon paint, or automotive-grade metal paint, ensuring a smooth finish and long-term resistance to weather and corrosion.
Light Box Window: Made with 6mm or 8mm tempered glass or laminated glass, the signage offers excellent durability and safety protection.
Integrated Electrical Appliances: The system includes an electronic stop sign integrated control manager, power control module, access control alarm module, and other advanced components to ensure stable performance.
Design Scheme: The bus stop incorporates a heat dissipation system, dedicated station name area, video surveillance equipment, LED advertising light box, and atmosphere lighting, all contributing to safety, aesthetics, and functionality.
LCD Display: The 55-inch LCD screen is the core feature, capable of displaying bus routes, passenger information, and multimedia content. Remote management allows operators to instantly update schedules, news, and advertisements.
The project highlights our capability to deliver customized solutions. The appearance, size, material, and configuration of the bus stop digital signage can be tailored according to the client’s requirements and local environment. This flexibility ensures that every project integrates seamlessly with the city’s urban planning and branding needs.
By introducing smart digital signage at bus stops, Changping District has taken a significant step toward building a smarter public transport system. The project improves passenger satisfaction by reducing uncertainty in waiting times, while also offering new opportunities for digital advertising and city promotion.
