Building on the traditional function of providing a place to rest, the Smart Solar Bench incorporates a solar photovoltaic system. By harvesting solar energy, it provides clean power for low-power devices such as mobile phone charging and lighting.

At the same time, the product uses environmentally friendly wood-plastic composite materials and an aluminum alloy structure. It meets the demands of outdoor use while supporting material recyclability, bringing sustainability throughout the product lifecycle.

If solar power addresses the energy challenge, smart features focus on improving the user experience in public spaces. The Solar Bench integrates wireless charging, USB charging, Bluetooth speakers, mosquito-killing lights, and LED lighting.

During the day, it provides a place to rest. When needed, it can serve as a charging station. At night, its LED lighting can provide illumination and enhance the atmosphere of the surrounding public space.

For winter use, the product also features seat heating, along with temperature control and overheating protection, ensuring that technology ultimately serves people’s needs.

Technology Matters, but “Sitting Comfortably” Matters Too

True design innovation should not simply mean adding more functions. The solar-powered smart benches is ergonomically designed, with optimized seat height and width, while details such as rounded corners and a bottom heat-dissipation structure further enhance the outdoor user experience.

Good design needs to stand up to real-world applications. Today, ZEMSO’s Smart Solar Bench has already been implemented in a project in Greece, bringing solar energy, smart interaction, and public services into overseas public spaces.
