Project Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China
Project Type: Smart Urban Service Kiosk
Project Overview:
ZEMSO delivered a modular Urban Service Kiosk for a smart urban service project in Suzhou, Jiangsu. The solution integrates modular construction, renewable energy, intelligent systems, and high-performance materials to provide a flexible and durable infrastructure solution for modern urban environments.
Modular & Flexible Design
The kiosk features a modular structure, enabling on-site assembly within 48 hours and transportation by land or sea. It supports 20–40ft standard or expanded configurations, single- or multi-story layouts, and customizable exterior finishes including industrial, wooden, and modern styles.
Durable & Energy-Efficient Construction
Constructed with galvanized steel and fireproof rock wool, the kiosk offers Level 12 wind resistance, Class A fireproof performance, and a service life of 20+ years.
Integrated systems include solar power, heat pump HVAC, smart locks, and IoT monitoring, enabling real-time monitoring of temperature and energy consumption while improving energy efficiency and operational management.
Project Impact:
The Suzhou project demonstrates how modular smart city furniture can accelerate urban facility deployment while maintaining long-term durability and flexibility. Rapid assembly reduces on-site construction time and enables the kiosk to adapt to different urban applications.
By integrating solar energy, energy-efficient HVAC, and IoT-based monitoring, the solution also supports more sustainable operation and smarter facility management, contributing to the development of efficient, connected, and low-carbon urban spaces.
Building Smarter Urban Spaces:
The Suzhou project showcases ZEMSO's approach to creating deployable, customizable, and intelligent urban facilities that can evolve with the changing needs of modern cities.
